Job summary

Reed Exhibitions is recruiting for a Fulfillment Associate to manage exhibitor media programs and ensure timely delivery of assets across events. You will liaise with multiple departments to maintain clear communication with partners and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality execution before, during, and after shows.

The role requires a strong marketing/event background, CRM experience, and proficiency with Adobe apps and Canva, plus excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong Marketing or event industry background (fulfillment process).
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce etc.).
• Experience with Adobe apps, Canva.
• Good stakeholder management.
• Good English communication skills.
• OpEx / Business Excellence experience is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all exhibitor media programs and ensure deliverables meet partner agreements.
• Edit or resize assets such as banners, print ads, and email blasts.
• Coordinate with marketing team for assets and social media posts.
• Maintain up-to-date digital assets and partner tracker information.
• Generate data reports using Google Analytics.
• Ensure smooth communication across stakeholders before, during and after events.

Job description

The Fulfillment Team at Reed Exhibitions is a dynamic group of detail-oriented individuals who execute our exhibitors’ media programs. The team works closely with many other departments, focusing on media partners per show, to ensure all deliverables are met, and managed to deadlines. To be able to manage and meet all deadlines based on media partner agreements and make sure all things are well communicated across all stakeholders involved. Be able to adapt to many different situations and people, can juggle multiple projects, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. FAs are responsible for the ongoing oversight of all exhibitor media programs, logistics and overall execution against exhibitor customer experience before, during and after the event.

Accountabilities

• Responsible for ensuring that all deliverables between partners and RX are successfully fulfilled and maintain strong relationship wit existing and new Media Partners per show.
• Editing or resizing of assets such as banner, print ads and email blasts.
• (US Task only) Communicating other assets needed to marketing team; social media posts and email blasts.
• Ensuring that digital pub bin page and logos are updated with the latest information from partners.
• Sending shipping labels and acquiring tracking numbers.
• Generating data reports using Google Analytics.
• Monitoring and updating of partner master tracker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Strong Marketing or event industry background (specifically in fulfillment process)
• Experience using CRM tool (Salesforce etc.)
• Experience or background with Adobe apps, Canva
• Stakeholder management
• Good English communication skills
• OpEx /Business Excellence experience (good to have)
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

• REPH Employee with minimum of 1-year tenure in the current role
• Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months
• Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months
• Must not be enrolled in any Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for the last 12 months
• Must have a successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle
