Job summary

RELX Philippines Shared Services is seeking motivated customer service professionals in Iloilo to handle email inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.

You will identify trends, train new associates, and support operations with accurate data while maintaining security and privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in college (no back subjects/incomplete units).
• Typing speed at least 45 WPM.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
