Job summary

Reed Exhibitions in Manila seeks a detail-oriented Fulfillment Team member to manage exhibitors’ media programs and deadlines across multiple shows. You will collaborate with several departments to ensure timely delivery of assets and effective communication with partners.

The role involves asset editing, asset requests, and data reporting using Google Analytics while maintaining strong partner relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Strong marketing or event industry background (fulfillment).
• Experience using CRM tool (Salesforce etc.).
• Experience or background with Adobe apps, Canva.
• Stakeholder management.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deliverables between partners and RX are fulfilled and maintain relationships with media partners per show.
• Edit or resize assets such as banner, print ads and email blasts.
• Coordinate assets with marketing team; social media posts and email blasts.
• Update digital pub bin page and logos with latest partner information.
• Send shipping labels and acquire tracking numbers.
• Generate data reports using Google Analytics.
• Monitor and update partner master tracker.

Job description

The Fulfillment Team at Reed Exhibitions is a dynamic group of detail-oriented individuals who execute our exhibitors’ media programs. The team works closely with many other departments, focusing on media partners per show, to ensure all deliverables are met, and managed to deadlines. To be able to manage and meet all deadlines based on media partner agreements and make sure all things are well communicated across all stakeholders involved. Be able to adapt to many different situations and people, can juggle multiple projects, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.FAsare responsible forthe ongoing oversight of all exhibitor media programs,logisticsand overall execution against exhibitor customer experience before, during and after the event.

Accountabilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that all deliverables between partners and RX are successfully fulfilled and maintain strong relationship wit existing and new Media Partners per show.
• Editing or resizing of assets such as banner, print ads and email blasts. (US Task only)
• Communicating other assets needed to marketing team; social media posts and email blasts.
• Ensuring that digital pub bin page and logos are updated with the latest information from partners.
• Sending shipping labels and acquiring tracking numbers
• Generating data reports using Google Analytics.
• Monitoring and updating of partner master tracker.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Strong Marketing or event industry background (specifically in fulfillment process)
• Experience using CRM tool (Salesforce etc.)
• Experience or background with Adobe apps, Canva
• Stakeholder management
• Good English communication skills
• OpEx /Business Excellence experience (good to have)
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
• REPH Employee with minimum of 1-year tenure in the current role
• Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months
• Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months
• Must not be enrolled in any Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for the last 12 months
• Must have a successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle
