Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist and source fuel and related products.
• Prepare purchase orders, requests, and other procurement documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding prices, availability, delivery schedules, and requirements.
• Monitor fuel orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Verify delivered quantities and documents against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Maintain updated records of fuel purchases, deliveries, and supplier transactions.
• Assist in monitoring fuel inventory and stock levels.
• Coordinate with operations, accounting, and suppliers regarding discrepancies or concerns.
• Request and compare supplier quotations when necessary.
