Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping in Angeles, Philippines, is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee Associates and merchandisers. You will train staff, monitor performance, prepare schedules, and ensure promotions, pricing, and signages are accurate.

You will also supervise inventory, coordinate with Buying on overstock, maintain records, ensure clean POS areas, monitor freezer temperatures, and uphold grooming and courtesy standards while performing other tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any college degree.
• At least two (2) years experience in related industry.

Responsibilities

• Provides training for all Associates.
• Monitors plantilla and performances of Associates and company merchandisers.
• Prepares schedule and monitors attendance of Sales Associates and Promo Merchandisers.
• Conducts splinter meeting.
• Checks price changes and ensures signages are updated and promotions are accurate.
• Monitors inventory and ensures items are in stock based on the required week supply of the Club.
• Coordinates with Buying for overstock merchandise.
• Maintains records and prepares reports necessary for the Department.
• Ensures POS boxes are clean, organized and products are merchandised to the company’s standards.
• Ensures cleanliness, organization and safety of overstock freezers and chiller.
• Monitors temperature of Freezers and Chillers both POS boxes and overstock storage and coordinates with Maintenance if necessary.
• Checks receiving summary and plan accordingly.
• Monitors merchandise subject for RTV and ensures procedure is being followed effectively.
• Monitors expiration and prevents damaged merchandise.
• Observes proper grooming standards and wearing of company uniform at all times, courtesy towards members, fellow employees and company officers, and punctuality at all times.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
