Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Experience in basic branch frontline functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service clients at the teller counter with a smile and warm disposition.
• Execute functions in accordance with rules and regulations and deliver services timely, competently, and friendly.
• Act as primary vault teller user ID holder and validate cash transfers.
• Serve as alternate custodian of keys as designated by the Area Head.
• Establish true and valid identity of clients for withdrawals and other transactions.
• Make cash requisitions based on anticipated cash needs and transfer cash to the vault as required.
• Verify cash received from vault for accuracy.
• Accept cash, check deposits, and payments for peso and FCDU accounts.
