Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year degree program.
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Experience in basic branch frontline functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves clients and greets all clients transact at the counter with a smile and warm disposition.
• Executes regular functions in adherence to rules and regulations and delivers services timely and competently.
• Acts as primary holder of Vault teller user ID and validates cash transfers in the system.
• Acts as alternate custodian of keys as designated by Area Head.
• Establishes true identity of clients, especially for withdrawals and encashed checks.
• Makes cash requisitions for daily cash requirements and transfers cash to vault as needed.
• Verifies cash received from vault for accuracy of cash on hand.
• Accepts and receives cash, checks deposits, and various payments over the counter.
