Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Services clients at the teller counter with a warm, courteous greeting and a friendly demeanor.
• Complies with all internal and external rules and delivers services timely and accurately.
• Acts as primary holder of Vault teller user ID and validates cash transfers under supervision.
• Maintains custody of keys and combinations as designated by leadership.
• Verifies customer identities for withdrawals, encashments, and representative transactions.
• Prepares cash requisitions and transfers cash to vault as needed, with proper documentation.
• Verifies cash received from vault and ensures cash on hand accuracy.
• Accepts and processes cash, checks, deposits, and various payments for peso and foreign currency accounts.
