Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, bills payments, and other over-the-counter transactions.
• Handle cash and check transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
• Verify client information and transaction documents.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service during every interaction.
• Balance cash transactions and maintain accurate records at the end of each business day.
• Follow operational, security, and regulatory requirements, including AMLA and other banking guidelines.
• Support branch operations and contribute to the achievement of service standards.
