Responsibilities

• Conduct client calls to boost transactions.
• Promote e-Biz and cross-sell services.
• Coordinate with Marketing for promotions.
• Handle OTC transactions per guidelines.
• Perform start/end-of-day protocols.
• Prepare accurate branch reports.
• Conduct cash withdrawals and deposits.
• Report transaction errors promptly.
