About the role

A server role in a restaurant environment where you will welcome and seat diners, take orders, and deliver a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat diners comfortably in the dining section
• Take customers' food and drink orders
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
• Memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock
• Deliver a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
• Assist with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant
• Set tables and rearrange the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events

About you

• Graduate or Undergraduate of any Hospitality Course
• Proven experience in the position of interest
• Physically fit
• Good communication and memorization skills
• Great interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
• Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed
