Job summary

Table Group Inc. is seeking a proactive Restaurant Supervisor for Nono’s in Quezon City to support store operations and ensure smooth service flow. The Supervisor will oversee daily FOH activities, assist in staff performance, and uphold Nono’s service standards.

You will supervise shift operations, maintain hospitality, coordinate with kitchen, assist in training, and help with inventory and reporting. A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar role.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Experience in casual dining or F&B operations preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations for front-of-house
• Maintain high levels of hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Support team training, coaching, and staff allocation
• Monitor cleanliness, service flow, and table turnover
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen for service efficiency
• Assist in inventory counts and store reporting
