Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Front Line Manager - F&A - I2C in the Philippines to lead a team of I2C analysts, oversee billing, cash applications, and collections, and ensure accurate receivables management. The role emphasizes training, KPI tracking, and collaboration with sales and finance functions.

Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in accounting, AR, and process improvement, with ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and leadership skills to drive high-performance, compliant operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters in Finance is a plus.
• Experience in finance operations and ERP tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of I2C analysts or associates.
• Monitor daily activities: billing, cash applications, collections, disputes.
• Support training and onboarding of new members.
• Ensure timely invoicing, cash allocation, and receivables collection.
• Monitor KPIs like DSO and aging reports.
• Identify gaps and risks in I2C processes.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve disputes and delays.
• Prepare reports on collections and cash flow.
• Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support audits with required documents.

Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Support
2. Assist in managing a team of I2C analysts or associates.
3. Monitor daily team activities including billing, cash applications, collections, and dispute management.
4. Support training and onboarding of new team members.
5. Encourage a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
6. Process Oversight
7. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, cash allocation, and collection of receivables.
8. Monitor KPIs like DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), aging reports, and collection efficiency.
9. Identify and elevate process gaps or risks in the I2C cycle.
10. Customer & Stakeholder Management
11. Liaise with clients/customers to resolve disputes or delays in payments.
12. Coordinate with sales, customer service, and other finance functions to resolve billing or payment issues.
13. Provide regular updates to senior management on collections status and issues.
14. Reporting & Analytics
15. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on collections, cash flow, and aging.
16. Analyze trends to identify recurring payment delays or disputes.
17. Recommend process improvements based on data insights.
18. Process Improvement & Compliance
19. Assist in identifying automation or efficiency opportunities within the I2C process.
20. Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and external regulatory requirements.
21. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
22. Learning & Development (as a Trainee)
23. Undergo structured training in finance operations, tools (like SAP, Oracle, or other ERPs), and leadership skills.
24. Participate in continuous improvement projects or cross-functional initiatives.
25. Shadow experienced team leads to understand operational leadership.
