Responsibilities

• Billing and Invoicing processing with accuracy.
• Ensure timely billing execution and accuracy.
• Update and validate customer details in CRM.
• Process invoice corrections, credits and rebills.
• Respond to emails/queries from field teams promptly.
• Support and drive key metrics for AR functions.
• Update Work Instructions as needed.
