Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager - F&A I2C in Manila to lead a team of analysts, oversee invoicing, cash applications and collections, and monitor performance metrics. You will liaise with clients, collaborate with sales and service teams, and drive process improvements within the I2C cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in accounting/commerce/economics or finance.
• ACCA/CIMA or SAP S/4HANA finance certifications are a plus.
• Strong AR, cash application and collections management experience.
• Proficient in data analytics and Excel; ERP experience required.
• English proficiency, extended to Upper Intermediate (B2).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of I2C analysts; monitor billing, cash applications, collections.
• Oversee invoicing, cash allocation and receivables; track DSO and aging.
• Interface with clients and internal teams to resolve payment issues.
• Produce regular collections, cash flow and aging reports; analyze trends.
• Identify automation opportunities; support audits and compliance.
• Participate in structured finance training and leadership development.

Team Leadership & Support Assist in managing a team of I2C analysts or associates. Monitor daily team activities including billing, cash applications, collections, and dispute management. Support training and onboarding of new team members. Encourage a collaborative and high-performance team culture. 2. Process Oversight Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, cash allocation, and collection of receivables. Monitor KPIs like DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), aging reports, and collection efficiency. Identify and escalate process gaps or risks in the I2C cycle. 3. Customer & Stakeholder Management Liaise with clients/customers to resolve disputes or delays in payments. Coordinate with sales, customer service, and other finance functions to resolve billing or payment issues. Provide regular updates to senior management on collections status and issues. 4. Reporting & Analytics Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on collections, cash flow, and aging. Analyze trends to identify recurring payment delays or disputes. Recommend process improvements based on data insights. 5. Process Improvement & Compliance Assist in identifying automation or efficiency opportunities within the I2C process. Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and external regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. 6. Learning & Development (as a Trainee) Undergo structured training in finance operations, tools (like SAP, Oracle, or other ERPs), and leadership skills. Participate in continuous improvement projects or cross-functional initiatives.
