Vantage Financial Corporation, Asia-Pacific's FIRST direct network agent of WESTERN UNION in our VCM TANAUAN BRANCH, BATANGAS CLUSTER, is seeking a passionate Front Line Associate (full-time) to join our team.

You will conduct client calls/visits to boost transactions, promote e-Biz and cross-sell Western Union and other services, and coordinate with Marketing for product launches. Additionally, you will handle OTC transactions and ensure accurate branch reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• Overall pleasing personality.
• Near work location / strategic location preferred.
• Cash handling and customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client calls/visits to boost transactions and profitability.
• Promote e-Biz as a one-stop shop; cross-sell Western Union and other services.
• Coordinate with Marketing for product launches and promotions.
• Handle OTC transactions per company guidelines.
• Follow escalation procedures and perform start/end-of-day cash protocols.
• Prepare and submit accurate branch reports on time; manage cash levels.

• Conduct cash withdrawals and deposits at the bank to maintain optimal cash levels for branch operations.
• Reports transaction errors and discrepancies promptly.
