Job summary

Vantage Financial Corporation, Asia-Pacific's first direct network agent of Western Union at our Starmall SJDM branch in Bulacan, is seeking a passionate Front Line Associate.

You will handle client calls and visits to boost transactions, promote e-Biz and Western Union services, coordinate with Marketing for promotions, and perform branch operations including cash handling and daily reports in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year degree or equivalent.
• Pleasant personality with good people skills.
• Preferable to live near the work location.
• Cash handling and customer service experience an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts client calls/visits to boost transactions and profitability.
• Promotes e-Biz as a one-stop shop, cross-selling Western Union and other services.
• Coordinates with Marketing for product launches and promotions.

Sales & Customer Service

• Conducts client calls/visits to boost transactions and profitability.

Branch Operations

• Follows escalation procedures for transactions beyond authority.
• Performs start/end-of-day protocols (vault opening, cash count, filing, etc.).
• Prepares and submits accurate branch reports on time.
• Conduct cash withdrawals and deposits at the bank to maintain optimal cash levels for branch operations.
• Reports transaction errors and discrepancies promptly
