Woola Travel and Tours in Metro Manila seeks a French-speaking Customer Care Agent to support our French-speaking customers. This full-time role focuses on handling inquiries, bookings, and problem resolution with a commitment to outstanding service.

You will manage travel information, process cancellations and refunds, and uphold detailed customer records. A strong French fluency and travel-sector experience are preferred, with flexible scheduling to cover peak periods.

Qualifications

• Fluent French language skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in travel and tourism.
• Strong problem-solving skills with calm, professional handling of issues.
• Excellent patience and empathy when interacting with customers.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, booking platforms and customer service software.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy when processing information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat in French with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary planning and general travel information.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and escalate where necessary.
• Provide accurate information about tour packages, pricing, availability and booking policies.
• Maintain detailed customer records and document all interactions in the company system.
• Process cancellations, amendments and refund requests according to company procedures.
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant travel services and packages.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
• Meet performance targets for call handling, customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Continuously improve knowledge of travel destinations, services and company offerings.
