Job summary

3M is seeking a Customer Issue Resolution Analyst (French Speaker) for 3M GBS to support global B2B customers across international markets. You’ll investigate, connect the dots, and drive issues to resolution beyond simply answering questions.

In this role you’ll work with teams across Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Customer Operations, applying Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve the customer experience and overall order-to-cash performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and French (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or related fields.
• ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve customer issues across the Order-to-Cash journey.
• Investigate concerns, identify root causes, and drive the right next steps.
• Communicate with customers in English and designated language.
