Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customs documentation and trucking coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and coordinate with multiple parties.
• Attention to detail and reliability in document handling.
• Willingness to do fieldwork if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign customs documents as authorized by the company.
• Coordinate with trucking partners and clients for scheduling and dispatch.
• Arrange and monitor trucking schedules from port to warehouse.
• Communicate delivery schedules and updates to warehouse personnel.
• Provide real-time shipment updates through designated channels.
• Maintain records of deliveries and transport coordination.
• Follow up on DR and ELIR with truckers after deliveries.
