Job summary

Hellmann Shared Service Center Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a proactive Logistics Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and coordinate import/export activities with customers, shippers, network, and overseas partners.

You will ensure timely freight bookings, schedule pickups, and monitor shipments across air and ocean freight, handling documentation and compliance while collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• End-to-end Air/Ocean Freight Import/Export experience.
• Able to plan work and meet deadlines.
• Pro-active attitude; able to work overtime when needed.
• 1–3 years of operation experience and international logistics exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on customer needs and requirements as a priority.
• Pro-actively inform customer about irregularities and provide solutions.
• Read and follow instructions defined in customer SOPs.
• Organize day-to-day import/export operations.
• Coordinate shipments with customers, airlines, sub-contractors, and agents.
• Liaise with internal departments and third-party carriers.
• Prepare and execute import/export documents accurately.
• Monitor daily import/export shipment and delivery requirements.
• Attend to destination export customs documents via Hellmann Freight TMS.
• Maintain latest customer contact to ensure quality service.
• Monitor consignments and report status for designated destinations.
• Ensure completion of all tasks from booking to transport and accounting.
• Support system roll-out and assist on-boarding of new customers.
• Issue invoices according to agreed rates and services.
