Job summary

Trident Worldwide Transport Logistics Inc. is seeking a high-energy Freight Forwarding Specialist and/or Business Development Associate. The role requires a hunter mindset to identify opportunities, reach out to prospects, and close deals.

Fresh graduates or professionals with 1–2 years in recruitment or sales are welcome. You should have excellent English and Filipino communication, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Base salary plus aggressive commission is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (headhunting), telemarketing, or sales is a major plus.
• Fresh graduates of Business, Marketing, or related courses are welcome and should have strong communication and a can-do attitude.
• Strong verbal and written English and Filipino communication skills.
• Resilience to handle rejection and the persistence to follow up.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Cold calling to engage decision-makers and schedule meetings.
• Prepare professional rate proposals and customized quotations.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and follow-ups.
• Negotiate terms to close new business and meet monthly targets.
