Job summary

Cooee Inc. in Makati City invites fresh graduates to join as a Freight Clerk. You’ll support day‑to‑day freight coordination, maintain records, process shipment information, and assist with documentation to keep operations organized and compliant.

You’ll work with internal teams and external carriers, learn freight and logistics processes, and develop your communication and administrative skills in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience in logistics/shipping.
• Degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Admin, Office Admin, or related field.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficient in English communication, verbal and written.
• Basic MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain freight and shipment information.
• Prepare and update shipping documents.
• Enter shipment details and maintain records.
• Track shipment status in internal systems.
• Coordinate with teams, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Assist with schedules and coordination.
• Check documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain digital and physical records.
• Assist in preparing reports and operational documents.
• Provide administrative support to freight and operations.
• Perform other related tasks for daily freight ops.
