Qualificações

• 2 years minimum exposure in a Sales/Order entry support role ideally within a Manufacturing/Engineering setting.
• Bachelor's degree of any 4-year course.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and process mis-shipment and freight claims, ensuring complete evidence packages.
• Coordinate with Sales, Order Management, Logistics, and Quality teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate case logs and audit-ready documentation for reporting.
• Provide proactive updates and corrective actions to customers and internal teams.
