Job summary

Maya in Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee Anti-Fraud platforms, ensuring fraud controls, access, and configurations meet operating requirements and that investigations are coordinated effectively.

You will monitor job runs and alerts, review logs and outputs, participate in change management with Technology teams, and maintain documentation for audit readiness and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in L1 systems support, technical support, or fraud operations support.
• Basic understanding of incident triage, ticket handling, and production support in a tech environment.
• Working familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools.
• Basic familiarity with SQL and Python to review logs and job outputs.
• Experience with cloud storage such as AWS S3 is preferred.
• Exposure to financial services, fintech, or regulated tech environments is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Anti-Fraud platforms and ensure controls, workflows, access, and configurations align with operating requirements.
• Coordinate with Anti-Fraud Investigations teams for triage, assessment, routing, tracking, and resolution follow-through.
• Oversee operational tools used by Investigation teams, including SQL and Python scripts and related outputs.
• Collaborate with Technology on system fixes, releases, and infra changes that affect fraud platforms or workflows.
• Support change management activities by validating impact and coordinating with stakeholders before and after implementation.
• Monitor platform behavior, job runs, alerts, and system outputs to identify issues and elevate anomalies.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, changes, and known issues for audit readiness.
