Job summary

Maya is seeking a Fraud Systems & Technology professional to oversee Anti-Fraud platforms, ensuring robust controls and reliable operations. You will coordinate with Anti-Fraud Investigations and Technology teams to implement fixes, monitor performance, and sustain repeatable fraud processes.

The role requires at least 1 year in a related support function, solid SQL/Python skills, and familiarity with Jira/ServiceNow. Strong communication and thorough documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in L1 systems support or similar operational technology role.
• Basic understanding of incident triage, ticket handling, issue escalation, production support, and service requests.
• Working familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools.
• Basic familiarity with SQL and Python to review logs and job outputs.
• Preference for familiarity with cloud storage such as AWS S3.
• Exposure to financial services, banking, fintech, or regulated tech environments is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer Anti-Fraud platforms and ensure alignment with operating requirements.
• Coordinate Fraud Controls concerns raised by Investigations teams, including triage and follow-through.
• Oversee investigation tools, including SQL- and Python-based outputs and logs.
• Coordinate with Technology on fixes, enhancements, releases, and infra changes.
• Support change management by reviewing impact and coordinating stakeholders.
• Monitor platform behavior, job runs, alerts, and outputs to identify anomalies.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, changes, incidents, and resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform administration, script governance, and processes.
