Job summary

Maya Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Anti-Fraud Operations Specialist to oversee, administer, and maintain Anti-Fraud platforms, ensuring fraud controls and configurations align with security requirements.

This role coordinates with Investigations teams to triage issues and drive resolution. You will work with SQL and Python to monitor job runs and logs, partner with Technology on fixes, and help manage change and documentation to support audit readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in L1 systems support, technical support, application support, helpdesk operations, or similar operational technology support roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python, and reviewing logs, scripts, or job outputs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Anti-Fraud-owned platforms and systems to ensure controls, workflows, and configurations align with operating requirements.
• Coordinate with Anti-Fraud Investigations teams for triage, assessment, routing, tracking, and resolution.
• Monitor job runs, alerts, and system outputs to identify issues and elevate anomalies affecting fraud detection and investigation support.
• Collaborate with Technology on system fixes, enhancements, releases, and enterprise infrastructure changes.
• Review potential operational impact and ensure stakeholder coordination before and after changes.

Education

BS or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related technology fields
