Job summary

Full Potential Solutions is seeking a Risk Investigator Associate to join our customer protection team in Davao City, Philippines. You will review transactions, assess risk, and ensure compliant, customer-centric service while protecting clients from fraud.

This role supports the Customer Success and Risk Operations teams, handles KYC/document requests, and contributes to process improvements within a fast-growing global organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO or call center experience in risk and fraud management.
• Experience in fraud prevention and handling payments/reimbursements.
• Willingness to work onsite in Davao City and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review transactions and information to understand customers while respecting identities.
• Identify fraudulent activities and patterns; mitigate risk.
• Document all interactions and findings using company tools.
• Handle KYC/document requests; assist in risk reviews and escalations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Risk Operations teams to drive improvements.
