Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Fraud and Risk Associate to manage fraud and cyber risk across campaigns. The role involves identifying fraud risks, implementing preventative controls, and monitoring controls with cross‑functional teams.

You will conduct risk assessments, ensure regulatory alignment, and generate detailed reports for stakeholders. Applicants should have 1–2 years in audit/risk with a focus on fraud prevention, strong written communication, and familiarity with DLP and security concepts.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of audit and risk experience; fraud focus
• Interest in pursuing fraud/audit/security certifications (CFE/CIA/CISA) preferred
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Understanding of enterprise, network, and application security concepts
• Experience with fraud detection technologies and controls
• Ability to manage projects and work autonomously

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and other risk management activities.
• Ensure alignment of security controls to regulatory standards.
• Investigate and assist in litigation as needed.
• Partner with operations and clients to strengthen security controls.
• Identify fraud risks and recommend detection and prevention controls.
• Provide reporting from continuous audit/monitoring initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT and InfoSec for security solutions and user monitoring.
• Support fraud incident response and investigations.
• Develop internal control and governance procedures to minimize fraud risk.
• Maintain system/process documentation and ad-hoc reports.
