Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking a Fraud Recovery Analyst to take ownership of complex recovery cases and minimize client losses. You will build investigative expertise and partner across teams to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

As the primary contact for assigned cases, you will investigate potentially fraudulent transactions, coordinate with internal partners, and balance client experience with risk and regulatory requirements during evolving timelines.

Qualifications

• 3 years of operations experience in fraud, payments, investigations, or client service.
• Strong critical-thinking, investigative and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with evolving timelines.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive cases forward with external parties.
• Knowledge of fraud recovery approaches and payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Own fraud recovery cases from intake through resolution with clear documentation.
• Investigate potentially fraudulent ACH, wire, and electronic transactions to identify recovery options.
• Analyze case details and client documents to determine recovery strategy.
• Communicate updates to clients, manage expectations, and request information.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve cases and escalations.
• Prioritize multiple active cases with varying complexity and deadlines.
• Support indemnity reviews, legal requests, and other judgment-based activities.
• Identify recurring risks and opportunities to improve recovery performance.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
