Job summary

EastWest Bank in Taguig seeks a Senior Manager to head the Investigations Unit, leading the Fraud Investigation Team across cards, loans, and other products to ensure thorough reviews and timely closures.

You will analyze fraud incidents, identify emerging trends, and drive detection strategies while coordinating with partners and enforcement agencies to strengthen risk controls and preserve excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years in Fraud Management.
• Strong knowledge of retail and consumer banking products and fraud controls.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities and coaching experience.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead fraud investigations across cards, loans and other products to ensure thorough reviews and timely closures.
• Analyze fraud incidents and trends, recommending improvements and new controls.
• Drive development and implementation of detection strategies and rules.
• Review and endorse fraud dispositions for quality and compliance.
• Manage fraud recovery initiatives with vendors and partners.
• Lead awareness and capability-building programs with stakeholders and agencies.
