Job summary

East West Banking Corporation’s Enterprise Oversight team seeks an experienced Cyber Fraud Investigations Head in Taguig for the hybrid role of Assistant Vice President. You will lead the identification, detection, mitigation, investigation, and recovery of cyber fraud across the Bank’s products and services, safeguarding revenue, operations, reputation and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience in cybersecurity operations, threat management, vulnerabilities, or related security disciplines.
• Proven experience in cybercrime investigations and incident response.
• Strong understanding of cyber threats and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present findings.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and build cases related to cyber fraud incidents, including phishing, vishing, account takeovers, skimming, shimming, ATM/POS attacks.
• Monitor and coordinate takedown of phishing sites and analyze cyber threat artifacts.
• Perform threat intelligence and dark web monitoring to identify trends.
• Conduct digital forensic examinations of devices and evidence.
• Respond to and support resolution of cybersecurity incidents with IR teams.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and internal stakeholders to strengthen fraud defenses.
