East West Banking Corporation, a leading Philippine universal bank, seeks an experienced Cyber Fraud Investigations Head in Taguig. The role leads detection, investigation, and recovery of cyber fraud, safeguarding revenue, operations, and customer trust.

You will collaborate with incident response, threat intelligence, and law enforcement to mitigate external threats while guiding a high-performing Enterprise Oversight team. Hybrid work arrangement ensures flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience in cybersecurity operations and threat management.
• Proven experience in cybercrime investigations, fraud analysis, incident response, or digital forensics.
• Strong understanding of cyber threats, risk management principles, and mitigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and build cases related to cyber fraud incidents (phishing, vishing, account takeovers, ATM/POS attacks).
• Monitor takedown of phishing sites and analyze cyber threat artifacts.
• Perform threat intelligence and dark web monitoring on banking threats and actors.
• Conduct digital forensic examinations and preserve evidence for investigations.
• Respond to and support resolution of external cybersecurity incidents with IR teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and law enforcement to strengthen fraud mitigation.
