Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Channel Enablement Analyst in Manila to support Fraud and FinCrime transformation. You will analyze performance data, design change initiatives, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to drive improvements in customer experience and operational readiness.

You will track metrics, develop insights, and prepare leadership briefings while embedding new processes and controls across Fraud Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or business analysis within operations.
• Familiar with core project delivery practices: plans, milestones, RAID, change control, benefits tracking.
• Data literacy with proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting; can create clear status packs in PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence (or equivalents).
• Experience with Agile ways of working and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Fraud and FinCrime Channel Manager in driving transformation across Fraud Operations by designing, developing, implementing, and overseeing tasks.
• Track and present Fraud Operations performance; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Investigate areas from insights and queries; deliver fact-based findings and actionable insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on initiatives, aligning inputs and timelines.
• Support embedding of change, reinforcing new processes, behaviors, and controls.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness plans; perform post‑implementation reviews and track benefits.
• Build Monthly Business Review insight packs aligned to functional messages for senior audiences.
