Job summary

Blue Cube Services is seeking intelligent and analytically minded individuals to join our Trust & Safety team’s Risk Review sub-team. You will manually review payments and transactions to identify suspicious activity and protect customers while ensuring timely reviews.

You’ll determine when to Escalate to Compliance or seek secondary input from teammates, with full training provided to help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset for complex case investigations.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Flexibility to support 24/7 coverage as the team grows.
• Previous experience in risk operations (fraud, AML, trust & safety) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and use multiple internal tools (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze transactions and customer accounts for high-risk activity and make risk-based decisions.
• Escalate cases to compliance or consult teammates for secondary reviews to ensure timely decisions.
• Contribute insights to data models to continuously improve fraud prevention.
• Report trends to assist compliance teams in investigating suspicious activities and preventing fraud.
• Use historical data to identify false positives and reinstate impacted accounts.
• Approve or reject payments following SOPs based on risk analysis with minimal disruption to legitimate customers.
• Protect the organization and customers while maintaining a positive experience for all.
