Job summary

PLK Philippines, Inc. (Popeyes) seeks a Business Development Manager to drive franchise expansion across Visayas and Mindanao, leveraging an established network of business owners and potential partners.

The role requires frequent travel to Visayas and Mindanao; Manila or Cebu base is acceptable. You will identify prospects, present the franchise opportunity, and build new partnerships while coordinating with Store Development, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.

Qualifications

Experience in franchise development or business development with track record of lead generation.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with investors and partners.
Proven ability to network with business owners, chambers, and potential franchisees.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective franchisees across Visayas and Mindanao.
Present the Popeyes franchise opportunity including investment requirements and process.
Build a pipeline of prospects and manage from inquiry to agreement signing.
Coordinate with internal teams to assess financial capacity and fit with franchise requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, developers, and investors in target regions.
Represent Popeyes at events and networking activities; be main contact for prospects.
