Job summary

Viro Homes in Taguig is seeking a FrameCAD Detailer/Designer to join our on-site team. You will design and detail light-gauge steel framing in FrameCAD Steelwise, producing accurate shop drawings aligned with architectural and structural plans.

This full-time role is based at our BGC, Taguig office. The ideal candidate has a civil/structural or architectural background with FrameCAD Steelwise experience and a portfolio demonstrating detailed drawings and model work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
Proficiency in FrameCAD Steelwise for light-gauge steel framing design and detailing.
A portfolio or certificate showing FrameCAD Steelwise work.

Responsibilities

Review project specifications and model homes in FrameCAD.
Design and detail wall panels, roof trusses and floor joists with bracing and connections.
Check structural layouts for feasibility and building code compliance.
Prepare shop drawings, material lists and cut lists from the FrameCAD model.
Coordinate with architects, engineers and project managers; update designs for changes.
Collaborate with production and construction teams to resolve issues for efficient fabrication and installation.
