Viro Homes, a design-build-furnish luxury modular homes company, is seeking a FrameCAD Detailer / Designer for its on-site office in BGC, Taguig. You will design and detail light-gauge steel framing in FrameCAD Steelwise and produce accurate shop drawings aligned with architectural and engineering plans.

Day-to-day tasks include modeling homes, detailing wall panels, roof trusses, and floor joists, ensuring feasibility and code compliance, and coordinating with architects, engineers and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
• Proficiency in FrameCAD Steelwise for light-gauge steel framing design and detailing.
• A portfolio or certificate of FrameCAD Steelwise work.

Responsabilités

• Review project specs and model homes in FrameCAD.
• Design and detail wall panels, roof trusses, and floor joists with connections.
• Check structural layouts for feasibility and code compliance.
• Prepare shop drawings, material lists and cut lists from FrameCAD model.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and project managers and update designs as needed.
• Collaborate with production and construction teams to resolve technical issues.
