Job summary

NZAB, a leading modular space solutions provider, seeks a Construction Designer / Structural Detailer to deliver fully coordinated drawings and DA packages in line with NCC and Australian Standards. Qualifications

• 4+ years of design and drafting in the building industry with offshore work experience for Australian companies
• Formal qualifications in Engineering, Architecture or related drafting field
• Framecad detailing experience required (minimum 3 years)
• Strong Revit proficiency for working drawings and 3D models
• Knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare fully coordinated drawings, site layouts, and DA packages
• Model structural steel in Revit and framecad detailing software
• Produce complete production drawing packages for manufacturing
• Generate sales drawings and AS BUILT sets
• Maintain drawing registers and transmittal records
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across project stages
