Qualifications

• 2–3 years in retail management or store operations, preferably supervisory.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and improving store metrics.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Familiar with inventory, merchandising and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, stock management and visual merchandising.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to grow revenue.
• Lead, train and motivate the sales team to hit targets.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations and local requirements.
• Develop promotions and in-store events to drive footfall.
• Handle customer complaints professionally with positive resolutions.
• Prepare performance reports and sales forecasts for management.
• Collaborate with marketing for new product launches and campaigns.
• Conduct staff reviews and provide coaching for development.
