Job summary

LaVie Resort and Casino Manila seeks a Supervisor, FP&A to oversee budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, delivering financial insights to support strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of reports and drive performance through insightful analyses. The role requires a BS Accountancy, CPA preferred, with 2–4 years in accounting and reporting, and Workday experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• The Supervisor, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities. The role provides financial insights to support business decisions, ensures the accuracy of financial reports, and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive effective financial planning and performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Prepares and updating budgets and forecasts, collaborating with various departments to ensure projections align with strategic goals.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial reports, providing a clear picture of our financial health.
• Prepares ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
• Review internal and external management reporting packages.
• Provide insightful analyses on sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or a related major or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferably a CPA.
• With at least 2-4 years' experience in accounting and management reporting.
• Preferably with gaming or hospitality industry experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Interpersonal skills and collaboration.
• Proactive and can work independently.
• Experience with ERP system, preferably Workday.
• Experience in Gaming industry is a plus.
• Knowledge in intercompany transactions is a plus
