Job summary

INFINNUM, INC. is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our finance team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. The role focuses on financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and providing actionable insights to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

The candidate will lead budgeting, scenario analysis, and management reporting, while partnering with teams to improve financial processes and engagement profitability. Flexibility and collaboration are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of FP&A, management accounting, or financial analysis experience.
• Strong skills in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex financial models and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP/FP&A systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.

Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the Role

INFINNUM, INC. is looking for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our finance team in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

The role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, management reporting, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions, profitability, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, variances, and key business drivers.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and management reports.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

2. Business & Financial Management

• Monitor profitability, revenue, costs, and financial performance against targets.
• Support resource allocation and business planning initiatives.
• Identify financial risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Partner with management and business teams in achieving financial objectives.

3. Management Reporting

• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Translate financial data into clear and actionable business insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations based on results.

4. Operations & Engagement Support

• Support planning and resource allocation for client engagements.
• Monitor productivity, utilization, and financial performance of engagements.
• Analyze engagement profitability and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Support the development of engagement proposals, budgets, and financial projections.

5. Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, coach, and develop finance team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve financial processes and business performance.
• Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management and clients, when required.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, management accounting, financial analysis, or a similar finance role.
• Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial models, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP or financial planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of management accounting, cost analysis, profitability, and performance management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in leading or mentoring finance professionals is an advantage.
