Perf Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Officer to lead planning and analysis efforts, focusing on gross profit management, product profitability, and strategic cost optimization. The role collaborates with cross-functional partners to drive growth and profitability targets.

The position is based in Ortigas, Pasig City with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) to support business needs and continuous process improvements.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year finance or business-related course.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Strong experience in P&L management, gross profit/margin management, budgeting, variance analysis, product profitability, cost management, financial modeling, and business partnering.

Responsabilidades

• Leads financial planning and analysis to drive growth and profitability.
• Manages gross profit strategy, budgeting, and cost controls across SG&A and campaigns.
• Builds financial models to analyze product profitability and pricing scenarios.
• Partners with R&D, Demand, SPG, and Supply Chain to implement plans.
• Drives governance of budgets, forecasts, and performance commentary.
