Job summary

Perf Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Finance Officer to lead financial planning and analysis, driving strategies, process improvements, and system simplification to support business growth.

The role involves managing gross profit, advertising and promotions, and G&A expenses, while partnering with R&D, Demand, SPG, and Supply Chain to drive profitability in a hybrid Ortigas, Pasig setup (2 days on-site, 3 days work-from-home per week).

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year finance or business-related course.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Strong experience in P&L management, gross profit/margin management, budgeting, variance analysis, product profitability, cost management, financial modeling, and business partnering.
• Experience in managing key P&L items such as gross margins, advertising and promotions and G&A expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities and drive financial strategies.
• Improve processes and simplify systems to support business growth.
• Analyze gross profit, budgets, and actuals; provide variance commentary.
• Build financial models to analyze profitability across products and channels.
• Partner with R&D, Demand, SPG and Supply Chain to ensure timely implementation of plans.
