Perf Restaurants, Inc. in Ortigas, Pasig City seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead FP&A, drive profit growth, and simplify processes.

You will manage gross profit, advertising and promotions, and general & administrative expenses, and build financial models to support strategic initiatives. The role partners with R&D, Demand Team, SPG, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate costing, effective budgeting, and timely decision-making.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year finance or business-related course.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Experience managing gross margins, advertising and promotions, and G&A expenses.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working set-up (2 days in office, 3 days work-from-home).

Responsibilities

• Lead gross profit strategy and ensure timely implementation of plans to achieve target gross profit.
• Analyze cost savings opportunities and monitor GP movements with variance commentary.
• Collaborate with R&D, Demand Team, SPG and Supply Chain to implement plans.
• Lead product analytics and develop profitability levers for product/marketing launches.
• Provide budgeting insights to functional heads and manage department budgets.
