Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year finance or business-related degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Experience managing key P&L items such as gross margins, advertising & promotions, and G&A expenses.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid setup (2 days in office, 3 days work-from-home).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities to drive business growth.
• Manage key P&L items including gross margins and SG&A.
• Oversee gross profit strategy and governance of cost optimization programs.
• Provide financial insights to support product and operations decisions.
