Indie Campers is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Associate to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for Global Operations. You will build models, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with accounting and cross-functional teams, presenting findings to senior stakeholders while upholding our values and standards. Fluency in English is required; mid-shift in Manila time may apply.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages a plus.

THE ROLE

As Financial Planning and Analysis Associate, you will be a key contributor to decision making in operational, financial and strategic matters for our Global Operations. Your responsibilities will include recurring financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Your contributions will directly impact business decisions by providing insights, identifying action items and effectively framing decisions that need to be made.
You will be joining our Financial Planning and Reporting team, reporting directly to the Finance Director with the support of Senior Expert in Financial Planning and analysis, and working very closely with stakeholders all across the organisation.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
