Job summary

Indie Campers, the go-to campervan marketplace, seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Associate for its global operations in Makati, NCR. You will drive monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, build forecasting models, and analyze variances to guide strategic decisions.

You’ll report to the Finance Director and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, applying strong Excel and financial software skills. English fluency and mid-shift hours (3 pm–12 am PH time) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Can work mid-shift hours (3 pm to 12 am) - Philippine Time.

THE ROLE

• As Financial Planning and Analysis Associate, you will be a key contributor to decision making in operational, financial and strategic matters for the company's global operations. Your responsibilities will include recurring financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Your contributions will directly impact business decisions by providing insights, identifying action items and effectively framing decisions that need to be made.
• You will be joining our Financial Planning and Reporting team, reporting directly to the Finance Director with the support of Senior Expert in Financial Planning and analysis, and working very closely with stakeholders all across the organization.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
