Indie Campers is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Associate to join our global Finance team in the Philippines. You will contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver insightful financial analysis.

The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and maintaining financial models. Fluency in English is mandatory, and mid-shift hours (3 pm–12 am Philippines Time) are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work mid-shift hours (3 pm to 12 am) Philippine Time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
