Job summary

Indie Campers in the Philippines seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Associate to drive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analytic support for the company's global operations.

You will join the FP&A team, report to the Finance Director, work with cross-functional stakeholders, and help shape strategic decisions with structured analysis and clear financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
• Can work mid-shift hours (3 pm to 12 am) Philippine Time.

THE ROLE

As Financial Planning and Analysis Associate, you will be a key contributor to decision making in operational, financial and strategic matters for the company's global operations. Your responsibilities will include recurring financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Your contributions will directly impact business decisions by providing insights, identifying action items and effectively framing decisions that need to be made.

You will be joining our Financial Planning and Reporting team, reporting directly to the Finance Director with the support of Senior Expert in Financial Planning and analysis, and working very closely with stakeholders all across the organization.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
